Peter has 25 years of experience in the staffing industry as an Executive Search Director. Peter has taken the tools and expertise he has acquired in the search and staffing industry and developed a step by step process for college students and professionals to follow to obtain career opportunities. Peter believes in personalization of services and that is why you will find him on all of our live membership coaching calls each week with Anthony Roman our President & Chief Learning Officer. Peter believes that hearing and seeing live role plays focused on situational items makes it easier for members to emulate and drive their branding! Peter is committed to making sure each professional knows what their brand stands for!

He has lead the sales and training of two publicly traded national staffing firms. he has been the Treasure and Head Coach in his two sons’ youth Football and Lacrosse sporting programs and applies his coaching passion to his work. Peter has interviewed and placed over 10,000 professionals during his lengthy career and made thousands of placements all over the United States in all industries. He prides himself on coaching and guiding professionals to obtain their career goals and to keep moving the bar forward.

Anthony graduated from Providence College with a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in marketing and has spent 21 years in the recruiting and staffing industry. He began his career with a $4.6 billion publicly traded specialized staffing firm and recruited and managed divisions which placed professionals in the accounting, finance, legal, IT, administrative and creative professionals. Being from New England and then moving to the Southeast, along with placing professionals nationally has given Anthony a wholistic perspective as it pertains to what strategies work to secure employment and succeed in a career path.

Along with his professional recruiting and career coaching experience, Anthony has been on the Advisory Board for The Academy of Finance at a large high school in the Atlanta area since 2010. It is here where he has applied the techniques and approaches of executive recruiting to fit students and inspire a different college experience for them. Anthony is leading the way in professional coaching for college students and has a passion for assisting young professionals in “Setting their career course”!

Vincenzo is attending Nichols College to obtain dual Bachelors’ Degrees in Accounting and Marketing and thereafter will be continuing on to graduate school to earn his Masters in Accounting and become a CPA. Through hard work, focus and determination, Vincenzo earns high academic marks and plays division three lacrosse for the Nichols Bison. He is a driven young professional who was a three-sport athlete in high school, worked in retail sales, and volunteered at Massachusetts Eye and Ear in Boston. In the summer, he coaches youth lacrosse and spends time with his family in Cohasset, MA.

Vincenzo has played a key role in the development of The Career Management Platform and works closely with executives directors of Career Services in colleges and universities around the country. Vincenzo’s outstanding communication skills and knowledge of business has made him a key part of our executive team.

Alicia Hansen Is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been aggressively advancing her career as a prior student of The Career Management Platform. Alicia was coached through her career moves by Peter Kulturides and has joined The Career Management Platform to lend her expertise in the accounting, finance and business operations areas. She is a great spokesperson for the efficacy of our program.
